I think we need to differentiate between those who stir and those who post mindless, insulting drivel with unnecessary expletives every second word, in an attempt to satisfy some perverse need for attention! Most on the list would maybe clasify as people who stir occassionally (or more often Big H), but definately a handfull who are the latter. RABUBI if you are Big Mamma, you need to be banned, shot, or forced to ride a pink Giant compact three sizes too small in XXXS white bib shorts and yellow Time shoes for six months as punishment!

Maybe we should have the Tour De France for certified non- dopers and the Tour De Nigeria for Dopers.

Thx OcTaLL, but if you read their 3 different styles they change even the knee to ball of foot position. The frame size, stem lengths etc change as well.

I definately prefer the "Eddy Merckx" fit but was interested to note the stem length etc which was much like I had on my Colnago. Most hubbers stated that my stem was hopelessley too long on that bike. Is it possible that we are programmed by adverts and pro racing that most of us set up bikes to be super competitive/extreme and aero styles that can be uncomfortable after 60km. Maybe if our LBS's adopted this attitude instead of one type of fit, we would have more people riding road bikes on the road (and MTB off road) as they are not as uncomfortable as they initially thought. Any views?

Would love to commute. Only problem is I would only manage to see one client a day in Cape Town as officers in BlackHeath area! Would improve fitness dramatically (50 km to work and back (from Somerset West)and at least 200km every day) and have the opposite effect on productivity! But it's all about priorities right ?

Talking about CWC - I have just done the exercise of comparing prices from Total Cycling on current groupset prices. If you take the Vat (excluding the shipping) into consideration CWC is actually cheaper. Interesting.
