  1. Well, google is your friend for most things. If you want info on a subject - ask for it - this thread asks if anyone is able to do a multitude of things with no real focus i.e. you want to know how long a chainset should last, then ask that specific question. Your topic tend to ask, 'how long is a piece of string' Johan Bornman is our resident mechanic - he knows almost anything........ if he knew everything, he would be a stalker Info regarding GPS devices -google DC Rainmaker. He tests most, if not all, units.
  2. Hey! I'm not a lady but I'll take that fence you offer I need one at the back gate to keep the dogs in
  3. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. As far as I gather, this is his FB page - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pelotrain-Athlete-Excellence/333448426703292
  5. PM Zac.A or MTB_Roadie - they get coached by John Wakefield - great athlete and apparently great coach too. Rgds, K
  6. It's Wine to Whales isn't it?
  7. Well I am riding on Saturday - got the wife to check what specials are up. LOL! It's gonna be pissing buckets in CT on Sunday = no ride....... well maybe. I can always do MTB on Sunday
  8. Every day, 35 units of a different product are on crazy special. EXCEPT Sundays apparently.
  9. So to answer the question completely, One day only. New special every day - 35 units only. Snooze and lose. Geddit?

  16. I have the same problem with a much simpler solution - I just hang the adjustment lever and cable over my right brake hood. Pick it up and adjust when needed and put it down again.

  18. LOL! Just don't slip on the grease spot on the workshop floor...... it won't end well. Praat van spek, ai, 'n M&B OTG sou nou lekker gewees het. YUMMY!
  19. The word is 'spec' - as in specification. Maybe brush up on your English while you are at it.......
  20. Dude, you need to get laid....... I map my ride to invite other riders to join - like on a Saturday morning (when you are working). they get to see what I have in mind and can commit or decline the invite based on the spec. My job requires me to sit behind a LCD monitor for 10 hours of the day - so why not map rides when I have a chance. I also do side line work from home - so maybe a few more hours of work. It pays for the extra's like skydiving and gadgets. Me.... obese..... I think not. You might be getting there in your middle age but I have a long way to go. I was brought up in the age of common sense, not in the states but in the good old R of SA. I would doubt that #1, I would crash into a vehicle and #2, would want to sue a website because they never warned me of the danger of the possibility of a vehicle in my path...... Go put some price tags on bicycle parts or something
  21. That is just eff'd up........ a lot like this pic:
