  1. I have saved courses in Garmin Training Centre. I now want to email them and not able to do this.
  2. "Hijack on" Good luck to all entrants. If you are staying over in Underberg or Himeville, please come and ride the single tracks at Sani Spoors. Currently about 45km of riverbank and forest trails. Awesome riding. 2.5 km on Drak Gardens road. "Hijack off"
  3. Hi All. We have had a cancellation for the night of 16th May, (the night before the start of SANI2C Race). Cottage sleeps 10 people. 16km from start. Self Catering. Cheers Zappa
  4. Thanks for the info. Will send him a mail now.
  5. Anybody know where I can get a replacement set of bushings and bearings, rear swingarm pivot, for a Titus Rockstar. Locally. On-line seems pricey, R600-R700. Or the specs to get at a bearing supplier. Thanks
  6. guess that didn't work
  7. Registration from 2PM today at the Underberg School. Also tomorrow morning from the start.
  8. Good weather forecast, all bridges are built, track is groomed, come and enjoy.
  9. In case of a low level start for the paddlers, the end of the MTB ride will be at the Sani Spoors offices and Duck and Spoors Restaurant, and not at the Swartberg bridge. No change to the start position.
  10. Entries into the Global Trader Drakensberg Challenge Canoe race are nearing being capped. Let your seconds and family cycle the Sani Spoors Drak Challenge MTB Ride or if you are in an early batch do the MTB ride after you finish paddling. It's all downhill anyway.
  11. Good one! Did his drivers liscence get suspended?

  13. Hi. Sani Spoors is a mountain bike trail park with over 40km of single track. 2.5km on Drak Gardens road. We have showers and there is a restaurant. On the 21st January there is a race along the Umzimkulu River ( http://www.drak.co.za/activities_mtb.html) which will have incredible single track and a few river crossings. PM if you need some training route rides.
  14. Sani Spoors, either The Jackall Joll or new 14km Tsango Trail. But then I'm biased.
  15. @ No Muppets Not whining, bru, stating the fact that I am pissed off under "Rant and Rave". Sorry, I thought I was allowed to rant. As you say. a very nice bike, but I can't enjoy my ride because it is broken.
  16. Not annoyed with On-One, but with the whole situation. There is no back-up in South Africa. Any problems with the bike and you are on you're own. Anything breaks and it's for your account, even if it is less than a year old.

Hi Neillp Give me a shout when in Himeville, maybe can ride with you depending on life in general. It is flipping cold so bring warm and wet gear.
  18. Did you have hassles with the seatstay? I can't insert picture.
  19. I purchased a Titus Rockstar last year, now 10 months old. Last week the rear brake caliper mountings ripped out of the Carbon Seatstay. Titus (Now On-One) will supply the part at cost. What should have been covered by the warranty has cost me R2000 to have shipped from the USA. The shipping cost more than the new seatstay. I am seriously pissed. Any other Titus owners out there, maybe collective pressure on Titus (On-One) to get their South African act together.
  20. The medium and long arm clamps have to go through the triangle of the first bike, and the longest clamp goes through two triangles to get the last bike you put on.
  21. @ koukie. I got the Rockstar a day before doing a 300km stage ride last year, not the brightest thing to do but sh#t happens. Didn't have any hassles after setting the saddle height. A really fun comfortable ride. I can vouch for it. (I have to, I spent the money)
  22. If you are doing the Tour De Tuli, you have to have a 29er. Game viewing is so much better 3 inches higher .
  23. If you want to be comfortable and not win anything, get a full suss 29er. Soaks up all the bumps and handles perfectly for me, and I just want to have fun.
  24. Why all the debate? If you like it, get it.
