  8. To me it is very simple,the race is called Joberg2C,not Karan to Sterkfontein,not Sterkfontein to Scottsburgh,have done it twice and every bit was enjoyable........fortunately the brain forget the hard parts. So if you can afford it and get the time off it must be the whole hog

  10. I have done 2 JB2C's on Crossmarks and not a single puncture or cut sidewall pretty much bullet proof
  11. My wife is 1.60m and weighs 50kg she did the JB2C on a 29er Hardtail ,she does have a 26er as well but prefers to ride the 29er,size not a problem,however do look at the gearing ratios on the the bike,she ride a 24/38 up front with a 11-36 at the back and is very racey
  12. Rocky Bay would be ideal good all rounder not to technical
  13. Bit skinny for my liking,I like my tyres a bit more full bodied (like in MTB) none the less great looking machine
  14. Don't need the weather service to tell me when it is going to rain,very sore when weather is cold.

Hi Guys, Just finished JB2C,Day 8 your Day 2 I found easier than the old route,Lamb Legs and Push of a climb has been taken out and in it's place you have quite a long climb but the road surface is smooth (good district road).The new "Push of a Climb is not as technical as the old climb,all in all in my opinion an easier day. The track as always was in pristine condition although a bit dusty. Enjoy your Sani

  20. Travelling on the Donny Brook High Flats rd there is a sign board to Mackenzie with the Sani2C logo on you can't miss it

  22. You have to be there the day before the race to register and receive and pack your box you cannot pitch on race day
  23. There will be no more Rocky session look out for Charlies CAT walk specifically constructed for us cyclists
