  3. It is very possible,my wife started cycling August 2007,rode Sani in FEB 2008,do base work and slowly build up your mileage most important ride within yourself and eat properly and the Sani will be a breeze. Look for Team Bobbi-Bear and come and say Hi!! Strongs

  7. You have to train at the same intensity that you would like to race.If possible try to train with stronger riders it really helps. "Go easy on the hard stuff" and "hard on the easy stuff" and the times will come.

    Dropped!

    Training for Ironman believing I was superfit with an ego to match it.....got put back into place properly by a guy in shoes and longpants with his lunch box in hand on his way to work. Still seeing my therapist

  17. Will not go back to tubes. Conversion kit not that expensive,however the tyres might set you back.I have Maxiss Crossmark (LUST) find it works for.Check CWC they have the best price
  18. Saturday Night Race at Ixopo (Team event with my wife) Sunday the Lynford Super Classic at Ixopo 34 degrees celsius. All in all a great weekend of cycling.....body does not agree with the mind

  20. Ixopo is about 80 km's from Scotties towards Underberg,Lynford School has a MTB weekend festival starting today ending on Sunday. Glen Haw from Sani is heavily involved,these are the school kids that wash & lube our bikes during the Sani2C (nando's stop)
