You have to train at the same intensity that you would like to race.If possible try to train with stronger riders it really helps. "Go easy on the hard stuff" and "hard on the easy stuff" and the times will come.

Saturday Night Race at Ixopo (Team event with my wife) Sunday the Lynford Super Classic at Ixopo 34 degrees celsius. All in all a great weekend of cycling.....body does not agree with the mind

Ixopo is about 80 km's from Scotties towards Underberg,Lynford School has a MTB weekend festival starting today ending on Sunday. Glen Haw from Sani is heavily involved,these are the school kids that wash & lube our bikes during the Sani2C (nando's stop)
