  1. Rubbish to ALL of the above!!! Polar RC3 GPS, it works and you can use it for Cycling, Indoor training and running, the website works with no issues, its simple easy and gives you what you need. Export the GPX file and you log your ride on Strava. Its minimalist' dream, on your wrist, out of the way, you don't have to stare at this brick plakked infront of you telling you you're kakking af (when you're not really, reffering to Garmin amazing accurate heart rate reading) and its half the price of the bricks on the market. (Ps: Don't listen to Tankman, he only jogs) ;-) love you brother Henk!

  8. I've heard the Anthems have a tendancy to crack in that area, on my 650b Anthem they've actually made some re-inforcements in that joint, but I see the 2014 Anthem 29ers are still the same..? Weird tho, they had so many returns of the '13 model

  11. Its ironic you put this on here today. We went for a little strole around Koeberg Reserve today when my wife had, what I want to call a near fatal, experience with a Cape Cobra. On a little hill, I'm 15m or so ahead, her and a friend behind me coming up the hill and as I stopped on top of the hill I saw the Cape Cobra crossing the gravel rd to the left side in her direction, we yeld stop stop but she didn't hear us and were looking down onto her handlebar, when she finally realised what's going on, the 1,5m Cobra was literally right under her left and she blocked he's path, starting lifting up to strike and thank God found a way around her back as she peddaled past it with absolutely fear overtaking her at that point,...so so lucky. I myself had four encounters with Cape Cobra's in the last 6weeks here in Durbanville trails. Be carefull and very aware of what's infront of you guys
