  5. In the cloud of the writer's motif, facts and opinions, of wich I feel it a waste to entertain, my wish is for this unborn son and mother of this fathers only child, to be comforted by God's grace and be carried in this terrible time of their lives, please God, wipe her tears and hold her tight.
  7. R525 is not steep by any means, even if you ride all the trails once a month, the benefits exceeds the costs
  8. A much calmer view over Stairway to Heaven compared to the buzz just over a week ago - Meerendal
  9. Delete your hub profile, start over and come in more reserved and educated, maybe even mute.
  10. It was a very slippery and rocky route at most, especially that wooden bridges, also "saved" it a couple of times, fortunately! I had 4 gears the last 20kms as my rear derailleur hit a rock and bent badly

  15. Had one of my best races EVER today! Route markings and marshaling were top class, the route was tough, technical and just crazy awesome, my kinda terrain, not a dirty road race at all, proper killer mountain biking! Finished the 55km in 3h01mins and will do it forever and again, well done organizers! And well done to all the Epic finishers coming in after we had such a ball!

  21. I had a pair of Spez carbon before, and wondered how I'd ever find that stiffness and comfort less the cost, and then.....Giro Privateer. I can honestly say I dont experience any lack in these shoes, they are crazy stiff, very cumfy and extremely hard waring, and half the price. Ticks all the boxes for me as a keen racing snake
  22. I've recently done the "move to rear" cleat setup and found it help me significantly on seated climbs
  23. The harder and more I train the more I eat, mixed and biltong gets me going with lots of water
  24. "Looser (Wheeler) was one of the main aggressors and went on to claim the King of the Mountains prime at the 70km mark. Looser together with Topeak Ergon’s Robert Mennen and the Team Bulls powerhouse combo of Urs Huber and Karl Platt continued to exchange blows over the remaining kilometers. Platt was clearly on form and even after missing a marker and losing his minute lead he managed to fight through cramps and regain the lead. An elated Platt crossed the line first saying “I badly wanted the win” in what must be a massive confidence boost only a week out from starting the Cape Epic. Platt was followed home by Urs Huber who just managed to ride away from Robert Mennen in the last kilometer." What?!?! Karl missed a markerrrr at t-h-e Tulbagh??? Whats wrong with him, how could he miss T-H-A-T!!!??? He needs his eyes tested man, and it was not like he was in front oh oh wait HE WAS IN FRONT!!! ..... thats how the "anti miss the marker" crew would probably handle this one hehe.
