So basically, the only time a bicycle must move is when you're riding it or you have eyes on it all times. Can't leave in home garage, in house (house robbery), cant take it to work for service or later ride (will be stolen from basement), can't ride it alone even (mugging) cant leave at LBS (also stolen) Geez.
