+4 wheels Wheels can also make a bike look much better and that can help you get out of bed to ride it

I would upgrade your girlfriend/wife but on R5K you might not get good quality

I was very comfortable on the standard saddle the 2011 Silverback Spectra came with. The one on the 2011 Saturn looks a bit like a unisex saddle, probably a bit wide for a guy.

I expect they are reasonably priced, I will call around tomorrow to see if I can find stock. Thanks for the suggestion.

My motorbike gloves will be pretty warm but they may look a bit out of place on a bicycle roadie

I know the Pro Ultimate are supposed to be really warm but there is not a size I find comfortable. There are two models of Louis Garneu that I find comfortable, they are - Gel Race Wind Tex Eco Flex (R150.00 more expensive) Any comments on these as a winter glove? Any other suggestions?

Agreed, the immediate right turn onto the mats and then the left turn into the road split the bunch right at the start. They need wider mats and a straight through start.

Mini-hijack I must say, I am happy with the quality of all the Anatomic Cyclelab club kit I have as well as the extras I bought direct from Anatomic. Also, I must have a comfy saddle because last weekend it took me 6:57 to cycle 172km and I was 100% comfortable. Maybe if I start spending much longer in the saddle I will need to look at getting Assos
