  1. Ihave a question for you runners here. I have started running, no wait, jogging. I will not call it running for now. Doing 20min jogs at a comfortable pace 3-4times a week (+-2.5km). In my second week my knees hurt so bad I even feel it on the bike. Do I continue and press on through the pain till is subsides and get used to the running or do I rest for a week and start again. My goal is to do a 21km at the end of the year. At work they are sore when walking stairs and in general. I know they say take it easy but it feels the easy is too easy....dunno.

  8. Ja I have read your race reports and must say they are proper. This is going to be a long afkak session.
  9. We have 12 member team and we plan to only finish with 6. You don't want to be no.6. If we are 7 or 8 we are not riding hard enough and yeah the plan is ride so hard that we are only 6 but still manages to take all 6 together to the finish and not blow before. Crazy but looking forward to it.

  13. I am using the Mr Price base layers. Don't see the need to spend that much moola for something the same. Rode this morning and temp on the bike went zero. I am riding base layer,cycling shirt,light spring jacket and then winters jacket. Keep away from cotton as they tend to get soaked.
  14. Me too...starrted with correnza c, acc 200 and sinu clear. Have to kick this cold in the butt. Was feeling fine but wife was in hospital with pneumonia. My kid got sick and thought i missed it.

  24. Look at a secondhand Ultegra groupset. You will save a lot of weight and would be more beneficial when start to race. I know a lot of guys that is just training on RPE. A power meter will not make you faster.
