Mt problems disappeared when I moved my saddle back about 5mm. You can always move your saddle back. don't adjust up and down only front and back

Did my 1st commute this morning, 25km to work and will be 50km back long way. Also took it very easy on my way to work. No sweat and took me 50 min. This wind is gonna kill me this afternoon.

Garmin Edge500, great software out there if you want to utilise it fully, had a Bryton and don't like the web interface. Spares is also a lot cheaper

What I used to do to calculate my HR threshold. Warm up 20min Do a 20min time trial as hard and fast as you can for the whole 20min. Your threshold will be around 5 - 10 bpm of your avg HR for the TT.( where your HR is just before where your lungs start to scream stop...) That is the quickest way to calculate where your threshold is.Approx.....

I rode VB and passed a couple of bunches that was riding slow and took up most of the road. Does anyone know why do they let these slow bunches start before the racing VETS?

As soon as I put my hands around the STI's the noise is gone.When riding on top of the bars the noise is there. The STI's is almost 3 months old. The problem stays on the STI's. Thanks anyway
