  2. I am using the Ryder 330. I am very pleased with it. Battery lasts and lasts. Wifi upload works great. App to customise the GPS works and you can set up however you want. No problems with HR and cadence sensors. Only 2 gripes but not serious enough to switch to another unit. 1. Notifications is not working from phone to GPS. The 530 I think can 2. When the memory get near 80 or 90% the GPS go in slow mode. When stopping a ride and want to upload it takes a while to cycle through the menus.During the ride everything still works fine. Overall I am very happy. The price I paid vs features is the best there is.
  3. I have a new challenge for myself. Been cycling all my life (VA,VB bunch). Started running in Sept with a couple of 2.5km just to get the base going. Was hell. Knees,ankles did not like the running. I have now started to up the running, doing 3.7km at 6:30avg pace. I want to try and do a 21km in the near future, (end of the year). Will see how it goes. The plan looks great.

  8. So I did my first 4km run after starting to run on and off in July. It is hard to start and the knees is only now starting to get used to running. My legs is dead, did 50km ride in the morning with 4km run @5 then again almost 50km on the bike the next morning. tomorrow we plan on doing +100km on the bike. Will see how it goes with this crazy wind.
  9. I must say,,,,Sharp Object is quite something else. Like it. Finished with Ann with an E, good old propper story. me and my kid watched it together and enjoyed it. Still busy with Dangerous Minds, at season 9 now. Still looking for a new SciFi to watch. The last few netflix series that started was crap.

  13. Ihave a question for you runners here. I have started running, no wait, jogging. I will not call it running for now. Doing 20min jogs at a comfortable pace 3-4times a week (+-2.5km). In my second week my knees hurt so bad I even feel it on the bike. Do I continue and press on through the pain till is subsides and get used to the running or do I rest for a week and start again. My goal is to do a 21km at the end of the year. At work they are sore when walking stairs and in general. I know they say take it easy but it feels the easy is too easy....dunno.

  19. Ja I have read your race reports and must say they are proper. This is going to be a long afkak session.
  20. We have 12 member team and we plan to only finish with 6. You don't want to be no.6. If we are 7 or 8 we are not riding hard enough and yeah the plan is ride so hard that we are only 6 but still manages to take all 6 together to the finish and not blow before. Crazy but looking forward to it.
