  7. I have used the Bryton 330 for a couple of years now with no issues. Syncs via wifi to strava, records everything from cadence and power. You can get the 2nd hand from R1000
  8. If my apps on my phone is working it never is getting an update only when some serious functions is missing from an update then only I will update. They create these update on android to support for all the versions of Android and makes of phones so it is not to say that your phone does require the update. just my 2c

I feel so sorry for her, all that effort for nothing. when or if ash would have caught her she still would have podiumed,
  11. Both is similar, then go with your gut on which one you like best. u like it u buy it, Like my daughter, got her a decent bike and she did not like it, ended up buying a much lower specced bike because she liked the bike more.
  12. Scott is 7speed with crappy groupset.
  13. I would go for the Silverback Sola 4 29er 9spd, Air shock and hydro brakes, Can convert tubeless with current tyres, think they are Tubeless Ready.
  14. https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/hardtail-mountain-bikes/510365/merida-big-9-40-xl This as well
  15. https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/hardtail-mountain-bikes/502193/specialized-hardtail This is a much better option, hydraulic brakes and 10spd deore shifters
  16. I have been riding for many years, always 1-2hr rides were okay, never had issues. But as soon as I went to 3-6hr rides my ass would get traumatized. always used fizik, spez and such brands 134mm width. I then got a special on a Fabric 143mm. My life changed. Did DC and Maluti and the least of my problems were my ass. It was a fit and feel al the time.
  17. I have a couple of shirts XXL and XL that needs a home.
  18. https://cyclingtips.com/2021/10/gallery-snapshots-of-hell-at-paris-roubaix/ this is epic stuff
  19. Gonna be epic....lekker
  20. Just my thoughts. The 10speed is much cheaper to maintain, chains, cassettes etc. A 12 spd cassette and chain is way more expensive. Frame wise I would go for the carbon frame. Depends on what You like. I like the Norco, seems like the shock on the Norco is better so I will maybe go for the norco.
  21. Depends on the frame manufacturer, all differs, Giant uses BB86, Merida was on BB30, Trek on BB96. That is what I know then there are the press fit and screw in ones that differs as well. I could be wrong but this is out of my head and not fact checked....
