That was a mean bike!!

I did 11340km. ROAD only. And yes it was mostly in the mornings before work from 5 to 6:30. Average 5 times a week.

one Ciplaton capsule a day. Last the whole day and energy stays. Went the whole winter with training in the mornings and have not been sick once. When I stop using them ,,,,I can feel it!

I had the same problem with my cs400. After I swapped the speed sensor it stopped. The battery in the speed sensor is run down and needs replacement.

This is being used in a laptop, (Tablet pc). Thanks

Can anyone maybe help or point me in the right direction. I am looking for a coin rechargeble battery. ML2032. Must be rechargeble. I cannot seem to get anyone online in SA that sells this. I have tried at my local chemists but no luck. Thanks anyone

Ek gebruik Energy Dynamics Octane, 2 bottels 600ml elk en so 2 GU's. Maar gewoonlik vat ek net 1 so by 80km. Met die energie goed voel ek nog ok na die einde van die race, meende halfuur na die race kan ek weer aangaan, het dan weer petrol in tank. Voorstel, die beste ding wat maar werk is daai laaaaang ure in die saddle 3 ure gemaklik oefen, jou bene raak dan gewoont aan die tyd op fiets. Ek doen dit gewoonlik sonder energie drank, net water en piesangs.

Solis is nice. I know 2 people that is riding them and they are very happy.

That is their problem. It took me nearly a year to buy my new bike. Afraid to make the wrong decision.

personaly i would go for the felt f5. Same price better bike,frame. They r on special.

ja jy sien. Ek dink daaraan om n nuwe fiets te kry met 105. Nou as ek my sommetjies maak en n 2nd hand frame kry v R4000 en wiele en als dan werk dit hier by die R1200 uit. Kan dan sommer n Raleigh Rc6000 koop voledig vir R7250.00. Dan kan ek net later die frame upgrade na iets noemenswaardig toe. Oraait fiets of hoe.
