i can understand the benefit of cross training, but at this stage i'm just to lazy.

i like to the road for racing and the mtb for fun. had my first outing to northern farm not so long ago and i just loved it. but, for now i won't give up road racing.

fairly new to the sport of cycling, so i still enjoy it very much. love to chat after races and even do lunch. also love the coffee and kuier after training rides. only problem, need to find more money to do more races.

free thinking? maybe. but just until he gets hit. and on that section of the N1 chances are very good that he will get hit. lots of taxis, lots of frustrated angry motorists, who does not think and doesn't look.

i'm sorry but that is just looking for trouble! the section between John Vorster and Atterbury is extremly busy that time in the afternoon and it is bad enough to be in your car let alone on a bike! does this guy have a death wish?

you a boy or a girl?? boy - i don't know. girl - would like to recommend a lady specific saddle. specilized is the way to go. got one on my mtb and once i have money in my pocket again i'll get one for the road as well.
