Mandibles, I tried to stick to the eating plan as close as possible, but on days that i felt i need a little extra i did take larger portions. During longer training rides I did take energy drinks. As long as you burn more calories than what you take in.
i recently had some success with Sureslime. While training for the 94.7, I lost 5kg and a total of 47cm - which is important for us girls. At the beginning it was difficult to figure out the potion sizes - to still have enough energy for training. I can recommend Sureslim.
I took a tumble at last week's Carousel Race. My Fuji got damaged and Cyclesure was kind enough to replace it with this Merida Road Race 904 2009 model. Thank you also to Alf from Grant Cycles in Centurion (012)6635564 that helped me sort out all the detail and having me back on the bike so soon.
i believe Matt was long gone when I passed and the spectators were still there. . . . they were awesome . . . my first Argus - if nothing else - one i'll never forget. hanged on for dear life all the way and managed to make it to the finish in on piece . . .
