    a friend of mine lost his leg in a motorbike accident and then bought a bike like this. His goal is still oneday to ride from cape town to cairo on it So there's definitely a need for them

    while I was swimming this morning in the pool I was dreaming of how far I'd want to go one day. My current goal is robben island early next year. Then the next logical mark is the 10km distance. Then for a few seconds I dreamt of the channel crossing.....but after completing the single pool lane crossing it left my mind:)

    question 1: make sure the source of the leak is fixed. peel the paint off and let it dry very well. Then paint on a waterproofing undercoat and a bathroom specific paint from any of your big hardware question 3. you could just fill up the hole with a polyfiller and then sandpaper it down a bit to even out the texture with the surrounding area.     the elites start at 6.15 and will take around 2h35? for a finish time around 8.50 the ladies will start at 6.30 and may take 2hrs? to finish at 8.30. should be enough time gap to let the ladies finish without interference with the men

    I think the limitation is 5mm and the blusmooth suits are 5mm and 3mm around the arms.

    why would it not be legal. It's used internationally in the ironmans etc and I'm sure there were guys using them at the recent cape town ITU event. I love mine
