I think I saw two guys in blouberg with these bikes yesterday morning., I drove past so didn't get a clear view of the engine size but the bikes looked in pristine condition from what I could see. I only noticed them because you guys have been talking about them

am planning a 6km pool session tomorrow 2000 easy freestyle 10x100m moderate pace 500 easy 750 (50 easy and 25 mod) 500 easy 5x200 moderate 250 easy Maybe I'll round it off to 4x1mile if time allows

my good news for the day is that there is good chance I may be able to move out of the line of work I'm currently in and have been for the past 18 years. For the last 10 of those I've been wanting to move out and finally it looks like my chance is here

foam rolling is not something I've done before but actually sounds like a great idea, especially for my tight calf muscles

no worries, I know what you're feeling. About two months ago I was also sick on and off for two weeks and life just got busy. Missed a few swims I had planned and I had to accept that my goal to do robben island this year wasn't going to happen.The motivation took a huge dive and I have to really force myself out of bed early. But push through and it will come back
