  4. I haven't used any aids in the last year and a bit that I've been swimming. More because I've never bothered to ask anyone for advice on how to use them. From what I've read and heard I'd suggest you speak to a proper coach or someone who's used them a lot and get proper advice. They can do more damage than good if not used properly, such as the paddles.

  12. so I officially added my name to the list for robben island swim. So anytime from Wednesday this week I could swim. Depends on weather and how many other people are on the list ahead of me. The nervous have started

  14. I think I saw two guys in blouberg with these bikes yesterday morning., I drove past so didn't get a clear view of the engine size but the bikes looked in pristine condition from what I could see. I only noticed them because you guys have been talking about them

  19. am planning a 6km pool session tomorrow 2000 easy freestyle 10x100m moderate pace 500 easy 750 (50 easy and 25 mod) 500 easy 5x200 moderate 250 easy Maybe I'll round it off to 4x1mile if time allows

  23. awesome jogghead, glad the motivation is back and looks like you're counting them down nicely
  24. foam rolling is not something I've done before but actually sounds like a great idea, especially for my tight calf muscles
