  5. I-Man77, I share your sentiments, when you have to invite two times banned for actual drug use Ralapelle to your training camp you are busy scrapping the barrel with a steel brush...

  10. Lekker Fanie! Baie geluk en geniet die res van jou splinter nuwe lewe! 2 day en 300mm reën in Richardsbaai met geen einde in sig, geniet elke oomblik!
  11. I'm 5 in, but I realised the tosser FBI guy character is ruining it. Still digs Spaders character though
  12. Shot Lurch, I have look there every so often
  13. Although watching TV is not my forte, when I do sit down I love a good documentary. So after watching the doccie on plastic in our oceans I stumbled upon Blacklist with James Spader, whom I liked back in the Boston legal days. The story is good but the lead FBI character is so weak it does detract from the story at times. Been a while since I watched anything on TV
  14. You inspire me to do better. Keep it up!
  15. My English (British neighbour) insists that soccer is the American name for football. Football being the noble sport invented by bored Englishmen with too much money and time on their hands - his words, not mine.
  16. Jimmy, that tall beer chalice in what looks like red ivory (second from left) would be ideal for a cold brewsky

  19. The past 4 and a half months has been good for me, my running and also being introduced to brand new concepts and things: Top of the list: - people who can run + 25km's at 6.00m/km while never keeping quiet - Walking as a tactic to improve time over distances - if I didn't do it myself I would've never believed it - Barefoot runners in marathons, seeing is believing and my first introduction to a spastic piriformus muscle on Monday...man that bugger caused me some serious and unpleasant discomfort. I rolled it out nicely with a foam roller after some anti-inflammatory meds, but what a nasty experience that was! I'm loving the running more every week, but the body does have a sense of humour to say slow down in peculiar ways
