Right , so a bit of feedback. Did the Knysna race on the weekend on my new tubeless Easton ea90 rt rims with the Schwalbe tubeless tires. In a word fantastic, Was able to mount the tires with my thumbs and seat the bead with a foot pump. So far they roll like a dream...Two thumbs up......

Go see a podiatrist your best bet for treatment. As your foot mechanics may also be a factor. Call the Podiatry SA at 0861100249 to find one close to you. Normal RICEN, streching, shoe change and custom insoles work best. Can take up to 3 months to settle or even a cortizone infiltration may be needed. This tends to linger if not treated may even lead to heel spur formation. So try and get it sorted asap.

I will also say Dr Vikesh Gajjar in PE, your best bet in the EC. Spike is good but post operative care is a problem in Port Alfred. Again rehab must be followed.

Cycleing rule number one, never pay someone to turn bolts. Learn to look after your own bike. Get some basic tools and you can do most things yourself. Be sure for yourself that things are done properly.. My two cents worth.
