no, bought the frame and manitou black elite shock last year think it is a 2004/2005 model. Moved my old parts over from a giant atx with avid disc brakes. Upgraded my wheelset on my Anthem and mobed the old wtb xc lite rims to the scale, The shock and brakes are not the greatest at the moment.

Will the following combo from chainreaction work with my Scott Scale 40 hardtail? Front Shock Post Mount. Rear shock IS Mount. Do I need any adapters for the mounts? Should I consider any other hydrolic brakes?

Hi, Need some advice regarding the above seatpost. Seatpost seems to be very good value for money. about R500-R600. Size 27.2 (form my Roadbike) Weight 150 grams for 235mm or 200 grams for 300m. 1. I have a carbon frame, stem and bar, will changing the seatpost to alu make a difference in the feel of the bike? The carbon post that came with the bike is heavy and has a slight piece of carbon missing where the bolts for the saddle screw into the seatpost. 2. Do anybody have experience with American classic seaposts? Thanks
