    Try a Longer Stem. I've Cured a problem like you have before. Also Check if the Saddle Hasn't Slipped (on the rails) all the way back.

    It's Leaking between the Chambers because it's dry inside. Needs an Aircan Service. Also Check the bearings on your suspension.

    Just Buy a Hardtail as well. They are Cheap enough on the Hub. Then you got both.

    If there is too little tension on the chain it will cause slipping.

    You Might be able to UP that Fork to 120 mm by removing a spacer or 2. Depends What Air Spring is Inside It. It does make a Difference. Your Bike Looks Good.
