Ok so I tried searching for this and couldnt find a topic on it yet... I am trying to find a pair of Giordana Tenax Carbon Donna Cycle Shorts online. CRC used to stock but the item is now discontinued and the local guys (CWC, buycycle) dont stock. Any idea where i could look online for these, as trying to find them at my LBS is also becoming hard and a bit more $$ (i do realise duties on clothing are high - 45% or so... so will do my sums first) Suggestions anyone?

Do it now or forever struggle with ITB..... Also get a foam roller. so true! I started running about 8 months ago and aside from being a complete chop and running in Salomons on the road (i had no other shoes), my stretching plan didnt include a roller. needless to say my left knee conked out after awhile and after some good physio treatment a proper pair of road shoes and a foam roller i havent looked back. those rollers are INSANELY good. Painful, but they definitely work!

I did exactly the same thing and it definitely helps your cycling, but we have a brilliant running shop in Durban North and the guy is seriously jacked up - makes you walk and watches your steps and tells you what sort of shoe you need. dont waste time trying to find something yourself. Get a good pair and get a pro to show you what you need, otherwise youre just gonna be throwing your cash at something that 'looks nice'but doesnt do what you need.
