Difficult one. 94.7 is lots of fun, but expensive. The Amashova is easier for us Capies. But transport is a bummer because it is not a "circle" route. I would do the 94.7... Only because I have more cycling friends and family in JHB.

Zeee Both is good bikes. You have to ride them before you make your final choice. I prefer my Specialized, others love Bianchi. It all comes down to how you feel on the bike. Get a demo bike from your LBS.
