Lekker Boys, Little bit less than 4 weeks to go... Who is still in it?

So, we are about 6 weeks into our training program, ramping up quite nicely ( ja ja) , swimming about 6ks a week, cycling about 180 a week, and running 30 -40km a week. Legs strating to feel the load. First brick session coming sunday..... Hows the training going?

For me it boils down to the person your are engaing with for the sale of the item, i tried to buy bike for my little one the hub, contacted the seller 1 minute after she posted the add , she said all good i did not neg to lower the selling price, told her i am on my way to stellies to come and collect, only to get a whats app driving into stellies saying sorry bike is sold... Yes i got be*&^k , she did not answer my phone calls etc etc. But left it there, got a coffee in stellies and drove home. The other sale time , i bought a epic entry ( they go like hot cakes), told him give me the weekend to get my cash together, by Monday he has honoured his word and kept it for me ( while fighting of the wolves), and we concluded the deal. So for me it is the same as bussiness dealings it is the person you are dealing with and not the company and or platform. Just my 2cents.

30 - 40 km on trails here in cape town - Wild boar trails, tygerberg and hemel and aarde to name a few is 3 hours min. One bottle will not do the job, backpack as mentioned above...

Yes true that sucks, luckily we built a 80m2 2 bedroom Flat with indoor braai on a ( dead) part of our erf.

Busy selling our house in durbanville, the one thing that bites us in the arse is our flat, it is brand new and up to date, but people comment that they do not need/ want it.. So weird and there i thought it would help.

Jeepers this was one tough ride, it felt like we were climbing for the whole +- 6hours. i don't really know if i enjoyed the ride. Good to do an event again and get my ass off the doing base rides.
