    Warwick - First Lady Ken Forrester - SGM Canto - Merlot Sound of Silence - Oak valley. I made some damage this weekend to my stash.. down to only 4 bottles as of yesterday.

    We go out at 5:15 , government forgot about the 6 - 18:00 rule. Roads are full of joggers and cyclists before 6 Am.

    Jip true, we deferred to March earlier, so now just trying to keep logging some base miles , running 2ice a week mtb twice... And we may not swim so my swimming is no where, swam last in march.. IM is really quiet with other events pulling the plug next to them...

    My brother is now sitting with this, carbon frame alu seatpost. Trying to help him before cutting, trying the coke thing tonight, and maybe dry ice down the seatpost to make the alu shrink... Any other ideas? i have read alot now here...

    Will never do that again in my life... Skipped it once enroute to our hunting trip in cradock and just made it to aberdeen by hook or by crook... My onboard PC lied to me in beaufort ,and the last 40km was on range 0km..... heheheh

    Bwest and N2, i did the same took a buddy's bike rack with his number plate and my amarok had my plate, got so much k*k, to ok the plate off and had to show the fine to 7 different cops who pulled me over, wasted almost 2 hours of driving time and alot of negotiations.

    My GP told me to use A Vogel's throat spray also as it will assist with the nasal drip and sore throat..

    What do you use for the post nasal? i struggle with allergies so when the weather is deurmekaar ( like now) in cape town, my post nasal comes to greet me.. I use texa tablets and a mometasone nasal spray, but if nose keeps on getting stuffy will also use the Salex saline solution to flush..
