Lol. Yes, it's a well know fact that you need at least 150mm to ride The Spruit!

Lots. Have a number of MTBs in the family to maintain and upgrade. Trail bikes are not cheap items.

Honestly, my Ragley is just about matching my downhill times set on my Intense. It has taught me to be much smoother and to be more efficient and to pump more trail features in order to increase speed. I now know that I should carry more speed with the DS down the rough stuff. Just makes you better rider IMO.

I often "freeride" down that side. Can we possibly include my suggestion of a drop off one of the drains on the dam wall? Could lead into the gap over the river by the bridge...

About 18 months ago they removed some huge jumps hidden in the trees there. Maybe the only thing we can do there is to create a drop off one of those big drains on the wall itself. Don't need much sand...

It amazes me how many I still see riding trails without a lid. Seriously, I bang my helmet at least once a week on tree branches.

Dude. No need to feel guilty. The more people who ride it the quicker it becomes established. Please be vigilant where it crosses or joins the main trail though. There's a good chance that some faster XCM riders who don't like singletrack will be blasting straight up or down.
