jagwil, I have to agree with you that there is safety in numbers the only problem is that it's not practical. The time of the morning that I need to ride to fit some training in is ridiculous and I can't convince many people to join me. My options are ride alone or don't ride at all. Kleintjie.. Breedts Nek becomes very 'quiet' around this time of year. In September it 'picks up' again and there is no shortage of groups meeting at the garage to ride it. I still go out there fairly regularly, so you're welcome to join me anytime. That being said, it is a fairly safe ride to do alone as well (if you don't fall) word of warning.. I'm not the fastest rider so if you're looking for a 'pacier; ride then someone else will have to help out
