Just a word of caution on the Spar gloves... If you're allergic to them like I am (I get excema on my fingers from them), you might wanna wear some plain cotton gloves first..... and you also might want to not give a sh!t what all your roadie buddies are going to say when you pitch up for the ride wearing spar rubber gloves

PPWTF, I discovered this when my kids were toddlers. I wasn't keen on feeding them sugar/preservative laden 'treats' so I used to feed them frozen banana 'ice-cream'. They loved it! If you prefer 'soft serve' consistency just blend it with water
