My girlfriends brother does coaching/training for crossfit and trains a lot of the MMA guys that were on ETV the other night as well as a number of top end mountain bikers. He works out of sunninghill so if anyone wants his details then pm me.

I'm also in the market and it seems the guys at the tri shop in Hobart centre are pretty keen to do some business. Are the entry level 2xU suits worth buying or should I just spend another grand or so and get a top end one? I am just doing sprint distance at the moment and will be moving up to the 5150 in august and then onto the 70.3 for next year. So the suit should last for around two years.

Use your FNB cards as gas stations. I getting plenty ebucks back from that.

I throw my own tyres around the yard when working on the cars so don't see the point to pay someone do this in their gym.

I was thinking one the way home the other day is that all learner drivers or students of school age should have to attend a class to ride bicycles in order to learn the rules of the road. This would probably reduce the silly things they do once they get their licences to other road users as well as cyclists

There was a little veggie shop as well that was owned by a old school friends family. Four ways crossing andTWT are on that space now.Miss all the trees that used to line the sinlge lane road, witkopen rd, from Paulshof to fourways. Used to be a pretty neat area.

Ouch ! Moral of the story is that he should carry a fire extinguisher. Had a similar BBQ the other night in one of my classic cars and thankfully had an extinguisher at hand.

I had a blast, best single track I have ridden for years. Not one technical issue with the bike or legs. Beers were cold at the end of each day. Big thumbs up to all the local community that contributed to such good memories and laughs. Probably the best organized South African mass gathering event I have ever been to. My jackets and things were all wrong sizes and didn't even get the Aca Joe stuff yet. Others I know have a lot more things to worry about than such trivial stuff. I'm sure they will sort mine out when they get over the wind up as they said they would. Well done to all
