  2. So ive got quite a good base at the moment but with work getting very hectic i can only fit in around four rides (two to three hours) a week max. I know I'm not going to win any races but just want to stay fit for MTB marathons and road races. Any advice on my training? What and how often should i do intervals? When should i fit in the long slow rides? Thanks.

  22. So i had a BIG race that i trained for 6 months a couple months ago and a week before the race my crown on my fork bombed out! turns out that its a common thing on the Fox forks so they were going to fix but it would take 4 weeks. Owner explained the situation to me on the phone and said i must stop there so we can try make a plan. When i got to the shop there was my bike fitted with a new SID XX fork and an awesome wheelset as my thru axles won't fit. Turns out that the owner order this for his bike and had not used it yet so let me use it for a rough 8 day stage race. Just thought i should let you all know. Good job trinity cycles Hartbeespoort!!
