I had both, but eventually did not use the vitality enough to warrant the R110 a month service fee. This was after they cancelled my gym contract because i was not active enough even after i tried to explain nicely that i had no time to go to gym that year as i was busy paddling dusi, running comrades, running two oceans, swimming midmar, and playing a season of hockey. FNB all the way. They dont discriminate.

Thats a good idea, but i dont like the look of those longitudinal cracks. They might propergate if not taken care of. It may have to be a large insert.

Haha, thanks. Its not the frame i am worried about, its the little skinny tyres pumped to 7bar that i am concerned about. Its quite a change coming from 26 x 2.2 with 100mm travel

Hang on a minute.... you can bunny hop a road bike?

I am slowly getting into this whole roadie thing as i felt riding on the road with my mountain bike was just not on. Normally when i approached a speed hump (the big type that force you to slow down in your car to about 20km/hr) i would ramp it with my MTB. Now when i hit it with my road bike it feels like i am going to break something. Is 30km/hr too fast or am i just being paranoid or are road bikes stronger than they feel.

I have an old Trek 4000 and now i am inspired. Nice work...
