  1. If its too good to be true, it probably is. Check that the rims arent bent, frame in good condition, brakes work. Go through all the gears. Are the components stock, or did he downgrade them and keep the good ones for himself etc. If there are carbon bits and pieces then look for fine cracks or scratches
