    Great bike. If they had it in XL I would have bought one.

    I have an aeropress. As I understand the inverted method will give you the same result? I also use a metal filter as the paper filters would sometimes tear and let through granuals.

    Aeropress takes 2 minutes and I am finished. Whole lot better than our saeco bean to cup machine.

    What amazes me. One lady in my running group runs main road and Stanhope early in the morning most days. I being a male am worried but I run with nothing except my watch and tell my wife what route I am running/ what time she should start worrying.

    Our sincere condolences to the family. (How close must the heli go to the mountain to see a body. Surely it's difficult to spot unless they use binoculars? Must be very difficult.)

    Awesome bike, sure you will have many happy km's on it . I was also looking at what options etc when I arrive. Is pricing roughly same as in SA? Been on chain reaction cycles website as they based in Belfast and trying to gauge pricing vs specialized.

    Some really funny stories here. My worst was two oceans half and I had an upset stomach. Needed to go from the start. Made it till Southern cross drive where the porta loos were. Never attend a party the day before and eat eat eat. I was not feeling good the whole race. Still managed to beat my team racing captain by 10 min. Was chuffed and surprised.

    Thank you, Big feet issues, 13.5uk/2E but I will go and give them a try next time I need new shoes. Never know, they might fit.

    Ah. I run in NB 880s as I need a 2E size. Wider feet. So Brooks also have 2E?

    Go to a proper running shoe shop please. They will give you good advice and also see what support you need. The sweat shop is a great example. Sales staff are also runners so they really know what they are talking about. Edit: I'm not sure sportsman's warehouse is a good idea, the one near me the sales staff aren't so clued up.

    Most certainly. Hmm. I know two people who ride on Bianchis in my area. Wonder if it's them. Often run past cyclists up southerncross drive.

    Had to pop in . Had a good chat to one of the staff members. Kicking myself as I sold my Roubaix for a bargain and have no bicycles here to use.

    Interesting... I won't think so. I have heard of people selling cars for very cheap so that the wife get's nothing.

    I joined a guy around tokai and it was awesome, just hearing somebody behind you really motivates you. Going to miss the club runs.

    So I run often but it's always a 10km as I am limited with time, pace can be from 4:30min for a 10km if I am on my own to slower with my wife. I think my common sense often gets lost, like a dog fetching a ball . I just want to run and increasing by 10% each week seems awfully slow, cycling seemed much easier on the body, I wasn't really sore after a long ride, even the DC, tired but that was it.

    How do some runners run such long distances? Do they get sore feet and still carry on or just increase mileage by 10 percent every week? I ran a 15km run yesterday and my left foot on the arch underneath is sore (busy icing it now). Shoes are good and got them from the sweat shop. Does pace also make a difference? If I ran the 15km's at let's say 6min pace vs my 4 50min pace?

    for the shots facing you, do you just edit out the pipe holding the go pro 360 towards you? Or does gopro edit it out automatically?
