    Probably 10w40 or 10w30 oil. Then normal petrol.

    Really love running at night time, no torch if not with the club as I feel safer. Just don't carry anything you don't need. I wouldn't run alone if I was a female.

    I have the bose and they are awesome. Purchase them overseas. Far cheaper than locally. When flying back on the plane it's the best. No aeroplane hum for over 10 hours.

    Post an ad and see how many people just say it's this still available but no reply afterwards. Definetly scammers.

    And the ones in Bergvliet Constantia etc a friendly warning not to use as you are likely to get a thorn. Huge thorns from the grass.

    Loving my garmin forerunner 35. Does everything I need it to do. Some people have the Suunto in our club but they seem to battle using it. Garmin if you ask around you are bound to get help from somebody in your group.

    The sweat shop will help you out. Very good advise, allow you to run around the block in them. Some shops the sales people have no clue what they are selling, and the sweat shop was actually cheaper than other stores when I searched afterwards to see if I got a good deal. I chose the NB over the Adidas, bit cheaper and felt more comfortable.

    I'm in the live sound business so outdoor pa is our game. At home I enjoy some piece and quiet. For some loud at home listening my bose quiet comfort earphones do the trick.

    Bootleggers tokai is awesome. Lots of cyclists. Also try The Pantry in Bergvliet. Coffee special between 7 and 9am. Lots of runners.

    Maybe you guys can assist? Window frame. The wood closest to the window is bare as the paint has flaked. Used Plascon Velvaglo on the frame but looks like something else is needed to get it the same level and looking right. I did sand the whole frame to get all the peeling paint off. Between the frame and wall there are also cracks. Should I use painters mate to fill up the gaps? If this is in the wrong section please feel free to move it.

    Great bike for somebody who would normally not cycle. Have ridden one and won't mind one myself. Motor doesn't make any sound.

    Marshalls use there discretion where to stand. But you generally have a team per point so others would look out for you. Rotary clubs get a donation for marshaling. No individual gets paid. Money is then used for good causes.

    Was out marshaling. Think most people have ridden on their own but not in groups. Swerving across the road. Braking in the middle of the road and stopping still.

    Yip, I have also started using them. Not always the cheapest but the salesman know what they talking about and you end up buying the right item.

    Too much car porn in my complex now, all in the matter of one month, and we are not in a fancy area with loads of money. Person opposite has a Porsche 4x4, Ferrari comes too visit often. Other neighbour a Jaguar.

    Guys seem to be coming right, I go too fast... Will one day buy a proper jigsaw.

    Yeah, what we did but its the actual fitting inside the jigsaw that seems to be skew, it's a black and decker jigsaw, wasn't very expensive. Maybe that's the issue?
