  1. Train your body to survive on water. Will save the bank account. I hardly ever use energy drinks nowadays. Eat lots of small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals. Low gi stuff also helps, so banana's etc. Your body is probably in a state of shock but with time you will get used to the increase in training.
  2. Thanks Vinny. So I need a new seal for everytime I grease the bearings? I have a set of Mavics that I can play with, I would still need to undo the cone on the one side to get to the seal?
  3. Saw your add, will respond there.
  4. Details? 29er? Price? Very interested...
  5. I would go Ultegra DI2 if I were in your shoes.

  8. I have absolutly no clue what you guys are talking about. Must do some reading. How do I even get to the seal. If they sealed bearing hubs then can they still be greased?
  9. Done. Always wear a helmet guys, it's not so cool when you in hospital with multiple brain injuries.
  10. Just not so lekker for a snack at your office desk as everybody can hear you crunching away.
  11. Riding in the rain is not that bad but leave a towel near your front door at home/garage so that you don't have to walk around the house all wet. Take it really slowly in the rain as the road are slippery. Rather safe than sorry.
  12. Totally agree with what Ratty said. But if you have a 4x4 and your are fairly short then it might be a tad difficult mounting the bike on the roof so also take that into consideration.
  13. The crunchy one is very nice!!!
  14. I would be interested as well.
  15. I don't bash the products as each person has there own opinion but I can tell you this, I have never used Monster cabling before as it's way to expensive. You paying for the name brand.
  16. Just make sure you buy speaker cabling made of copper and not aluminium.
  17. Honestly, If you have loads of money and need to "have the best" then just get monster for everything. It's super expensive and everybody thinks they the best. If you don't care about the name brand and want something that works just as well if not better than monster and is way cheaper then: Speaker cable: normal 2 core electrical cable will work. The ones that look just like an extension cable. 2.5mm thick should work. Rca cables: normal rca cables do the trick but I use proel stuff which is nice and not costly.
  18. Roof mounted. Just works the best.
  19. Disable the gps. Will then know it's on "manual".
  20. Would suggest a roof rack on your car. You also have the ability to take the Thule bike carriers off the roof of the car and mount them on top of the trailer when another car is pulling the trailer.
  21. Should show coverage on a map on the 8ta website. But if MTN have coverage, 8ta should.
  22. Was also about to comment. Very good prices. Second hand I presume?
