All relative. If you used to ride for a hour everyday then I would say an hour everyday, keeping the intensity the same via using the gears.

You should see his garage. Full of the more expensive bikes. Used to run his shop from his garage.

I run a bit. Helps clear the mind and takes less time than cycling. Helps make the rides more fun as you aren't riding as much. Should also help with cycling but the best bet would be to cycle more if you want to get cycling fit.

Haha. Ask some technical questions. Shifter reach adjustment. Cassette ratios. Crank arm length. If they know this stuff then might not be a scam. But I rate it's a scam.
