Ricky, I don't ride a Spez and haven't been to your store but it looks to me like you have 4 pages of complaints right here to take to the distributors. It shouldn't have taken this long for you to relise that the distributors and their lack of spares / parts is directly impacting your revenue. As for Client Service - well that's something that is well within your control and should be under constant review. Search for the thread about FPC and the guy who had the shop close early when they said they would wait - when the manager found out the apologised on the hub and promised to sort it out with the individual. With the number of LBS's around and the wide choice of bikes (easily as good as Spez), keeping customers happy should be a priority. Just my 2CW.

Exact price for the 2013 ride is R9,840 and for 2012 was R8,916. So the 2014 ride will be around R10,800?????

Have you got a drainage hole in the frame under the BB? If you have an Alu bike and the tools to take out you BB then take it all out and drill a 4-5mm hole in the bottom of the frame for water to escape. Wouldn't drill a carbon bike though.

I think this is becoming the general sentiment out there......
