I've just taken Conti's off my bike - one puncture in two years. Replaced them with Crossmarks - too new to tell, will have to see how they go.

I had Race King rear and Mountain King front for 2 yrs - worked well for me. Nice tyres but pricey.

I go with EnduraShake from Pace and Power: http://www.paceandpower.za.net, their shop is at St Peters Primary school in Joburg. Have a chat to Megan who runs the place she's pretty clued up on nutrition etc.... Good for pre race loading and post race recovery.

Hi, Just want to know if the Maxxis Ikon 29'er ECX/3C/EXO are tubeless. Most of the Maxxis Tubeless tyres have the UST branding on them but these don't. Does anyone run these sans tubes and have you had any problems????

I think you just take your own tog bag - not like Sani where you get a container.

I have a 2009 Rockshox Revelation Air U-Turn that is leaking oil from the remote lockout connection. Anyone had this problem and know a 'quick fix'. Or is it a case of a full shock service??????

Looks like something was pushed into the spokes while the bike was being ridden. Was it only on the back wheel?
