Read an article in velonews about how blood taken from both the 2009 and 2010 tours showed absolutely consistent hematocrit levels over the entire 3 week period of the tour. USADA says this is consistent with blood doping. It's now up to LA et al to prove that it is in fact possible for there to be no fluctuations in hematocrit levels after extreme exertion.

USADA have asked him to prove he didn't do it. They have made a case in their 15 page letter to the "accused". It is now up to them to prove they did not dope/do transfussion etc. Read the document. It is not up to USADA to prove he doped. It is up to LA to prove he did not. Surely that won't be hard for him to do?

Have you gone into settings? Press and hold menu Select settings > bike settings > heart rate > ANT+ HR Select Yes > Rescan Back out Heart picture should appear Go ride. If this doesn't work, go ride without monitoring your heart!
