  2. Is this porn, or are we just getting taken for mugs: https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?app=hubmarket&do=view_item&item_id=30412 Not quite the yellow and blue one I agree. What fork? Oh I see, the white one 2x10, 3x10, 3x9?
  3. JB must be fuming that the Texan has retired and Vino kicked him off the Astana team to go with RSN and all the geriatrics he could gather around him. He then hatched a cunning plan to steal some talent from Leopard, only for virtually all of them to show him the bird. Crash, crash, crash, just not in the mood in top 4 riders means very little to show for his "merger". Spartacus towing the finishers in Milan San Remo only to ensure Green Edge won. Even Horner looked silly to attack in ATOC without checking where his zimmer frame was. K@k tactics all round. If JB was Afikaans he'd now be a box. He is the problem, not the riders he has at his disposal. He bought them all, don't forget. As much as I have liked AS over the past few years and as gutted as I felt at chaingate, I really hope he bombs at the tour this year as it might lead to the last of the Gen EPO managers being forced out of a very talented Leopard team.
  4. But even with parralel importing by CWC we can still buy cheaper with courier fees from CRC? No problem a bike shop importing their own stuff but when I buy I want to know that the stuff I buy is covered locally by a warranty and is geniune which is why it costs more than the private import. Buying expensive parts and getting them in a plastic bag with no labelling and no instructions in this day and age of counterfeit products is too risky for me.
  5. I keep seeing an ad pop up for this bike, went to the website and I see a top spec bike weighing 10.3kg for R45,000 Anyone heard of them and riden one? Any good? Worth R45k?
  6. I don't think CWC really care, with their parallel importing I'd suggest they don't particularly like being dictated to by the official importer. Reading between the lines of the gossip posted in this thread, presented with an "or else" scenario they chose the or else. Probably not expecting it to come to that. I personally think a combination of parallel and legally imported goods in a store is bad for the consumer. While it technically should lead to lower prices we have yet to see any real evidence of this. However I have found the warranty environment is complicated by the distributor not being willing to immediately honour the warranty when CWC is mentioned as selling dealer. This does mean having to return to CWC to sort out issues which is not always possible.
  7. You send it to them and hope for the best.
  8. I love how penis envy comes in to it, you fail to mention the size of the scrotum too. If you could buy an extension at R10k a cm how much would you put down? Ask the ladies what they prefer...I bet 8/10 prefer a smooth man!
  9. “There's nothing quite like a shorn scrotum... It's breathtaking... I suggest you try it!" -Mike Myers as Dr. Evil in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery Some have attributed this trend to the proliferation of pornography and the desire to emulate male porn stars by removing all body hair, particularly pubic hair, and heightening the sexual experience by creating slippery and smooth contact. 14. Hey Dylan, is your leg wet yet?
  15. Alternatively, if you don't mind plugging a USB cord into your PC/Laptop get the fortius or iMagic but avoid the Cosmos and buy the v3 or v4 software. All the same things on the screen and 99% of the accuracy in training at half or less the price. There have been 3 or 4 units for sale over the past few months here on the hub. The only issue with the fortius that pisses guys off is the noisy wheel but there is a simple fix for that. PM me if you need help. edit: reason cosmos no good is it doesn't work with PC unless you buy a new head unit for 200 euros
  16. For v4 software this is the minimum system spec: Processor P4, Double core 2.5 Ghz, Memory 4GB DDRIII, Free disk space, 2 GB, Graphics cardDirect X9 compatible 3D card with 1 GB of memory. Brand: ATI or Nvidia, Resolution minimum 1280 x 720, Sound card DirectSound compatible, Various 1 free USB port, DVD player, Operating System Windows 7 (64-bit) The "meatier" the PC the less hasle you'll have. A dual core 3.0 Ghz PC running XP just about drives the software, as always, the greater the RAM, the better. Single core P4 will not work. Check out tacx forum for v4 genius http://forum.tacx.com/viewtopic.php?t=16649 All in all, the best structured control training you can do.
  17. Finally the Puppet Master small h has found the explanation reason people use the abbreviation add rather than ad for advert * * Lifted from the newbies porn thread
  18. In a contradictory mood? even if it is true...

  20. Clearly they haven't done enough arithmetic before being allowed to post.
  21. Ya, It's completely f**cked up, no one should be able to post anything until they have a post count exceeding 1,000 posts in total. Or 100 in the "Tattooed, burlesque and beautiful women of the world." thread...
  22. This is where these bikefit things go wrong. You leg is the same length across MTB and Road yet they suggest a different saddle height for different bike types which is bollocks. Add in the suspension sag and you are sitting way too low on an MTB if the Road saddle height is correct.
  23. You are selling the picture way short
  24. What, when you cross over to the dark side? Or I reckon heaven with all that kit!
  25. This sort of arrogance very rarely builds a sustainable customer base.
