  10. Hello hubbers I've just signed up for my first race (GR300) and would like to know which supplements (type and Brand) to use pre and post ride. Also how much training should I be doing and on what terrain e.g. should I just climb as must as possible? I ride in Tokai most weekends

  13. They certainly aid recovery, I'm never sore after long rides. With regards to performance not sure. Highly recommended!! Wife not happy that I wear them to bed though!
