  1. I slice them, put sugar and cinamon on. Rub with some olive oil, wrap ot in tinfoil and bake.

  3. Just had a capachino with soya milk. Not bad.
  4. Howzit guys. Need some help here. After a run my right heel is moer sore. I run with Vivobarefoot Stealth shoes. I have paid attention to how I put my foot down and I can’t feel any heavy impact on my heel when I run. Maybe I just don’t feel it? Any other ideas?
  5. Doing well reducing my animal intake. Glass of milk in the morning and a small piece of meat with dinner. When we take out or go out I’ve been trying veggie or vegan dishes. Lekker man.
  6. This is what the one I ate was made of: Made with Brown Rice, Farro, Mushrooms, Black Beans and Onion. And it was spot on. Really lekker. It’s just my brain that screwed me around thinking “but this should be beef”.
  7. I had my first vegeterian burger yesterday. It was actually not bad. I would rather have a salad tho. The idea is something to get used to. My brain still expected mince.

  10. I’m quitting again today ???? I REALLY need to see it trough this time. My chest feels super poef in the mornings I cant even yawn. I use niccorettes to get me through the first month. This time it is for keeps.
  11. I did mine along with my bike. Im with Cyclesure and with my bike and gopro the insurance is not crazy expensive.
  12. Ja man these garmin straps are moer expensive but they last. I insured my watch tho, little less of a worry if something like this should happen. Glad you found it.

  15. Breakfast: Smoothie of 1 Beet, 1 Banna, 2 straberries, little ginger, half a cup of raw oats, tsp chilli powder, tsp tumeric, tsp cinnamon, tsp honey, 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 175ml low fat yogurt. Snack: Fruit Lunch: Either two eggs/can of tuna/100g cheese with 300g salad/noodles/rice crackers Dinner: ~250g meat. ~ 300g veggies Snack: some chocolate Edit: 90% of my days follow this routine. I bake sourdough bread that is only water and wheat and if I’m lazy I just have a few slices of that for lunch or breakie. Sometimes with eggs.

    We were tatless when we did our first trip to europe. We felt quite odd on the beach as we were like the only people without them. When we were in Italy recently there was this small village, even that place had a tat shop.
