  1. okay okay, his coolness has been restored, he replied to my tweet saying my coffee is on him. apparently he is a cool guy everyone says. (twitter acting up, tried to post the reply here.
  2. yeah i do agree, ive been cycling so long i dont mind wear lycra anymore. and the bonus is i dont cycle with mirrors so its not like i see my fat ass all the time
  3. I tuned him on twitter as well...
  4. see below yes yes Do you guys have any idea how hard it is to find baggy shorts that fit a bigger person. I know one would think its easier to find but its not. Theres a moerse gap in the market for fatter guys clothes. Yeah off the topic, but i love my beer and i even love my brandy and coke even more, i am build like a Province Prop but i love cycling almost as much as i love my brandewyn so i will never fit into avg cycling sized clothes... But i guess i am by far in the minority on this forum, but i am also happy knowing that when i cycle up table mountain (and a pace where runners go past me) that the tsotsi will rather let me go past and wait for a smaller person than trying his luck with me.
  5. I used to like him but now he sounds like an arrogant douche!
  6. Si will she give the extra 30k which 3rd got over 4th to theresa ralph and her partner? #paybackthemoney
  7. checked all my meds and i can say i am not a doper! But i didn't find anything on my dogs bob martins i sometimes take.
  8. So i wouldnt say double standards, if a amateur purposely takes EPO (or what ever) to better himself i would put him in the same bracket as the pros that steal money form other cyclists. (or whatever sport) But as amateur i say dont go read every medicine bottles little boekie and then go google everything and spend 2 days investigating the meds (and hopefully you ahve not died in those 2 days) before taking anything because you doing the trailseekers 20km funride this coming weekend. but hey if thats double standards, i also eat the double whopper at burgerking... edit, spelling
  9. has anyone tweeted sasol for their opinion about their connections to doping now?
  10. off topic, my broer het dit vir sy seuntjie geleer, ek sit nou die dag aan etens tafel toe vra my broer vir sy laaitie, waar bly mamma, toe antwoord hy, mamma bly stil. ekt gedog ek gaan dood gaan van die lag.

  12. thats why i only do the argus as it is not sanctioned by the uci.
  13. if they look at my results they would rather give me something to take than to test me for any drugs.
  14. again, if its my bread and butter, i would know better, or atleast google the new med/or speak to my doctor or or or
  15. maybe you onto something here, if history repeats it self, i might have a better chance of getting a sponsorship after i got caught...or maybe a supersport gig
  16. I dont go out there "trying" to compete for a podium, nor do i take money from sponsors and wear their name "with pride" when i am out cycling (<highjack>i would like a sponsor, so anyone willing to sponsor me a w2w ticket for this year give me a pm - unless beer/brandy or puricos for gout counts as banned i should be fine pissing in a cup <jackoff>)
  17. if you are a "pro" athlete you are supposed to check/double check/tripple check anything you take in?
  18. from wikipedia Hydrochlorothiazide was detected in the urine of the Russian cyclist Alexandr Kolobnev during the 2011 Tour de France.[14] Kolobnev was the only cyclist to leave the 2011 race in connection with adverse findings at a doping control.[15] While hydrochlorothiazide is not itself a performance-enhancing drug, it may be used to mask the use of performance-enhancing drugs, and is classed by the World Anti-Doping Agency as a "specified substance". Kolobnev was subsequently cleared of all charges of intentional doping.[16][17]
  19. This is the only time in my life where i will say i am a bulls supporter!

  21. Did you find anything, i initially used the roku as a wireless projetor/display connected through my laptop which is then basically the same as plugging it in as a second monitor. It also does the sound form what i could remember. the only issues i had was since i upgraded to win 10 on my laptop it does not connect any more.
