I have a budget of +- 5K for 29er wheelset. I weigh 65kg, 1.76m tall What is the lightest wheels I could possibly build? Is there anything lighter than: Stans ZTR crest rims? DT Swiss Revolution spokes? A2Z XC Hub Set? and what nipples to use? brass or aluminium I am looking at a sub 1400g build... Let me know what your thoughts are

These are things Iv read about it... It does not have quick release front wheel. (which I need to transport the bike) Expensive to maintain. Problems with water entering the internal part of suspension under the rubber boot. Need to service more regularly than Rock Shox or Fox
