Go for John! helped me from 7/8th to 4th in a few weeks. Quite pricey, but it will help infinitely! Edit: all the coaches are around R750-1000pm for an interactive program, just make sure you have a heart rate monitor/power meter for the program to benefit you properly.

I crashed my Garmin and broke the screen sometime last year, rode with it because it was still visible and okay, but then I crashed again and it just wasn't happening. took it to Garmin on a monday, (just the head unit) and by the next monday they had one, apparently there weren't any in the country, but still, only 1 week, no questions asked, new edge bundle. awesome service.
