  1. And you don’t find that too firm, interesting thanks
  2. Yes, the rain appears to have moved to Saturday! Hopefully it moves to Sunday!
  3. Can someone please give me a steer on tyre pressure? I know it’s a subjective topic but don’t have the benefit of time to test. It’s my first gravel event on a full rigid as well. For reference, I’m running the Pirelli Cintaurato 45M’s on rim with a 19mm ID. I weigh around 96kg. I generally run by MTB at 25PSI on the rear and 21PSI on the front, on a wider rim with inserts as well though. Took the bike for a spin on the road and ran 30PSI and that was very comfortable, but was on tar, the off-road sections I went over on the route also felt okay… Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!
  4. YR shows very minimal rain on Saturday - 0.4mm 02h00-08h00. Low temperatures though, but a very mild wind / breeze. Most of the rain is early Friday. It's my first time (first gravel event as well) - doing the 98km

  24. enjoy man, I concur that the camelbak will probably be the best bet. You can get the smaller one which I think takes 1.5L, can then use your bottles for a carb drink of sorts.
