with what internal rim is that? does ID not have a bearing as well?

The Shimano R8000 comes to mind, they are set to handle up to 28mm RIM width, my understanding is that the ID of your rim also has a bearing on the final effective width of the final inflated width of the tyre though as is the height of the brake caliper on the frame. OP perhaps also do some research around how to get the most out of your PM otherwise you’ll just have an expensive crank arm. FTP as a start, then set up your zones etc etc. it’s a great tool if used properly
