    What do you think carbon or paint crack? Its between the 2 bottlecage bolts.

    Bike setup is the correct way to go but also have a look at you arm hand angle. It must be a straight line and should not rest on it like opening a throttle on a motor bike. Don't know if you ride with padded gloves but it can contribute to your problem as well.

    And remember your feet are not the same length or not usually. You can also try to position the cleat more inwards. Plus 1 on the tightness.

    Has anybody been diagnosed with graves and Hashimoto disease? Seeing a specialist on Monday to determine next steps. All ready changed supplements and eating habits. How dit the disease affect your racing and what was plan of action?

    Make sure you headset is correctly tightened. Make sure your front wheel is tighten securely. Make sure that the spacers on your wheel is not lose. If you have spacers. I had the same problem as you and the above solved it. Doesn't matter if you are using 38mm or 50mm wheels.

    First Bike fit. Women have a wider sit bones than men and you would most likely take a 168mm Spez saddle or 155 in Fabric Scoop. Your set back can also be incorrect or most likely. I did these above and my wife never had any problems including 4 hour ride on zwift. Good luck

    According to my knowledge the GC app must be openend in the background. You can also setup wifi on the unit to upload. I have no problems with sync on my device

    Visiting my parents this weekend and thinking of cycling to Parys FS and back with a coffee stop. How is the road and traffic? Looking to take the road bikes.

    Another cool thing about Thule is and dont laugh. If you locked the bikes and traveled 625km to your holiday destination and lost your keys (fell out my pocket) . You can go to a Thule dealer an give them the key number and you can buy a new key for less than R100.

    I found that if I have my Edge 820 on 8 get severe drop outs on my power readings but if I use my 935 all is working perfectly.
